Whether your goals are toning up, losing weight or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I can work with you to create a personal training plan that works for you. My personal training sessions are usually one-to-one or in a small group, whichever suits you and your budget.
Each personal training plan is as individual as you are, and every plan is tailored to each clients needs, goals and fitness training preferences. The personal training sessions are usually at Waterfield Leisure Centre, Melton Mowbray. If you have any other requirements contact me.
PT is for any age and ability. My PT clients ages, range from 21 to 70 years young. So don't be afraid to give it a go and start fitness training today. Together we'll achieve and smash your goals.

Clubbercise® is a fun, full-body workout with a BANGING soundtrack that gets great results and suits all fitness levels. Set to club anthems from 80's, 90’s, and 00's classics to the latest hits, classes are held in a darkened room with party lights and our trademark LED glow sticks. Our easy-to-follow routines combine dance, toning, and combat moves.
Zumba is a cardio workout that uses Latin and international music and dance styles like salsa, merengue, and cumbia. Zumba is often described as a dance party disguised as a workout, encouraging participants to enjoy the music and move freely.
Les Mills BodyStep is a group fitness class that combines step aerobics with other cardio and strength exercises. It's designed to be a fun and effective full-body workout, targeting the lower body and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Just bring some water, comfy clothing, and lots of energy :) See you on the dancefloor :)

I am a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer with 10 years of experience and I am based in Melton Mowbray.
I am also a level 4 GP Exercise Referral Instructor, and soon to be a level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor too.

With 12 years of group exercise experience, I teach a variety of different fitness classes, Zumba, Clubbercise, Les Mills BodyStep and more.
