PT is for any age and ability from those wanting to start their fitness journey right through to the more experience exercise lover. My PT clients' ages range from 21 to 70 years young. So don't be afraid to give it a go and start fitness training today.

Sessions may include but are not limited to free weights like dumbells or kettlebells, ViPR™, TRX®, barbells, or resistance bands, and cardio and resistance machines also.
In a typical strength and toning training session I will break down the exercises to work different muscle groups. We will do bodyweight training and move to progressively heavier weights as you get stronger.
If your goal is to lose weight you can expect to do more of a mixture of cardio and weight training to boost metabolism. This can help to burn more calories throughout the day, even when you’re not exercising.
Personal training can be a game-changer for you if you struggle with motivation or confidence and are looking for variety and fun in your workouts. I will help you build long long-lasting results that will help shape healthy habits and a regular fitness routine.
